What Does a Print Coordinator Do?

A print coordinator is responsible for coordinating the final production of a print product. Job duties are to review artwork and copy while estimating the cost of materials and negotiating quotes with vendors to print projects for you. These products can include anything from mail promotions to sales collateral. This includes preparing estimates and budgeting, scheduling packaging production phases with suppliers, researching vendors and materials, coordinating mock-ups, presenting options, approving invoices, and maintaining accuracy on all art files. Basically, overseeing the entire print process.
