Where are you located?
I live and work from the Town of East Troy, Wisconsin. I normally take on projects for anyone/anywhere but my main concentration is in the State of Wisconsin.
Why should I work with Thomas Graphic Design Services?
I have 24 years of experience work on any print media project including my forte of packaging and labels in Wisconsin.
What is the timeline on your projects?
Each project is unique and depends on what we are creating. Please ask and I can provide a general idea. If the project is a rush, I can see what I can do to accommodate you.

The contact page has my email and phone number, which ever is more convenient for you works for me.
Do you have a standard template for you sales sheets or is it created to my specific needs?
I find out your needs, info to be included, images, and over all idea on how it will be used and create from there. If there are multiple products in the same line, each sheet will be created in the same design unless stated otherwise. I work on a lot of sales sheets and layout work in the state of Wisconsin.
In your layout design for brochures, can you design with unique folds?
Yes, within reason. The printer has folding equipment that is worked around or needs to be considered.
What does is cost to design a logo?
I have a base hourly rate but if there is other collateral included, I normally work by package price.
Do you provide the original source files upon completion?
Yes, if they are wanted. I am a firm believer, you paid for the work so the files are provided to you upon final payment.
Can you create a vector logo?
Depending on the idea you have for your logo, yes. There are ways to convey what you want in a multitude of ways.
Can you work with a short turnaround?
Depending on my current work load, yes….. I always try and help my clients in anyway possible.
What do you charge for your consultations?
The initial (project) consultation is free.
Can you help develop our brand?
Certainly! I am a full service graphic design firm. I interview you about your product, taking your initial ideas, creating a few ideas/mockups.
Who owns the final files?
You do with all rights to use them anyway you want unless otherwise stated in the contract.
How long will my project take?
The timeline can vary depending on the project.
